pivoted from reggie 1.0 with a clear thesis: fix the front door of healthcare before anyone else gets there. within three months, signed four design partners, built a pipeline of 500+ clinics through australia’s largest primary care groups, and locked in a reseller agreement. landed demos with the largest gp chains in the country. started building integrations and commercial discussions with major emrs.
worked with the co-founder of google maps as technical co-founder. stretched personal runway by not drawing a salary, funding it through contract work on the side.
ultimately, our product velocity couldn’t keep pace with the opportunity. outpaced by competition and the window closed. made the call to wind down reggie health.
lessons: at zero, velocity is the only moat. the window in ai healthcare is real, but it doesn’t wait.
